Don't you know Via Ferrata ? The via ferrata concept was initially developped in the past centuries by italian people from the Dolomites region. It consisted in building "irony" risky path through the very steep and large cliffs of their country. At that time, the via ferrata was a necessary mean for isolated valley commercial exchanges. 

Nowadays, modern via ferrata have replaced the old timeworn tools used in the 19th century, for the great pleasure of a large public. 

Now it's your turn : you have attached properly your harness ? Your helmet is at the riight place ? So let's start the ascent along the cables and iron steps fixed in the rock face !

Good to know : outing is also possible ona "via crda", meaning with iron steps, but without cable. An interesting experience opening the door to classical rock climbing.
